Mark Dyson

Mark Dyson is a senior finance leader currently serving as the International CFO at Lloyd's, where they oversee global finance teams across the APMEA, Europe, and Americas regions. Previously, Mark held the roles of Head of Member Relations and Chief Tax Officer at Lloyd's, leading teams responsible for significant funds and global tax services. With a strong foundation as a qualified accountant, tax adviser, and treasurer, Mark trained with Arthur Andersen and has extensive experience in structuring roles at BarCap and JP Morgan, alongside significant industry experience. Additionally, Mark is the Chairman of London Bridge Risk PCC and co-business owner of the Future @ Lloyd's digital transformation initiatives.
