Mohit Sharma

Mohit Sharma is the current Head of Operations, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa at Lloyd's. As a member of the regional executive management team, Mohit is responsible for implementing Lloyd’s global digital strategies locally, managing operational risks, and providing support to teams across the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa region. Prior to their current role at Lloyd's, Mohit has worked in various companies in roles such as Senior Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Consultant, gaining experience in areas such as insurance, consulting, and project management. With a background in marketing and international management, Mohit has a strong educational foundation, including a MBA in International Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communications Engineering.
