Vicki V. has extensive experience in governance, risk management, and suicide prevention. Vicki served as Governance & Finance Manager at the UK Ministry of Defence from January 2002 to January 2009 and worked as Intelligence and Risk Manager at the Metropolitan Police from January 2009 to November 2013. Vicki held several key roles at Bank of England, including Chief Operating Officer in the Risk Directorate, Risk Manager, and Transformation Strategy Lead from October 2021 to March 2025. Currently, Vicki is the Head of Operational Risk at Lloyd's since March 2025. Additionally, Vicki is the Founder and Trustee of the Consortium for the Prevention of Suicide, which has been active since August 2021, and participated in the NPCC suicide prevention steering committee from June 2022 to July 2023. Vicki holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology & Psychology.
