Vicky Carter

Vicky Carter is the Chairman of Global Capital Solutions, International for Guy Carpenter & Company Ltd and a key member of the executive team, driving new business across global operations. As Deputy Chair of Lloyd’s and a member of its Council, Vicky also contributes to several committees including Remuneration, Audit, and Nominations and Governance. With over 40 years of experience in the reinsurance industry, Vicky was the first female founder of a Lloyd's intermediary and has held various senior executive roles, notably receiving multiple awards for her contributions to the insurance sector. Vicky is also a Trustee of the Sick Children’s Trust and recognized as a Freeman of the City of London.
