Aaron Kamholtz

Aaron Kamholtz has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Aaron is currently the Co-founder and CTO of LLUNA, a platform that helps individuals understand their strengths and work preferences. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Consultant at PS&A Consulting, where they provided strategic guidance on data-centric talent strategies. Before PS&A Consulting, they were the Head of People Analytics and Workforce Planning at Biogen. Aaron also held positions at BNY Mellon and Fidelity Investments, where they focused on qualitative analytics and people analytics, respectively. Aaron began their career as a Systems Architect at Industrial Economics and later transitioned to the role of Senior Research Analyst at the same company. Aaron's work experience also includes an internship in the Finance and Analytics Department at Federal Farm Credit Banks Funding Corporation.

Aaron Kamholtz earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Skidmore College, which they attended from 2002 to 2006. Aaron further pursued their education and obtained an MBA and an MS in Information Technology from Bentley University, where they studied from 2009 to 2011.
