Stephen Buss

Stephen Buss is a Mechanical Engineer and Production Engineering Department Supervisor at L&M Radiator, Inc., where they have managed production equipment selections and numerous facility expansions since 2005. Previously, they served as a Senior Project Engineer at Moline Machinery and as a Methods and Customization Engineer at Learjet Inc. Stephen spent six years in the United States Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Sergeant while also serving as an Environmental Inspector. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Cum Laude, from Wichita State University.
