Deena Maxwell

Deena Maxwell has extensive experience in finance and cash management, currently serving as Head of Payments & Settlements at LMAX Group since December 2018. Previous roles at LMAX Group include Group Cash Operations Manager, Cash & Payments Manager, Senior Treasury Cash Operations, and Treasury Payments Officer. Prior to LMAX, Deena worked at Virocom Ltd as an Accounts professional responsible for processing supplier invoices and analyzing company expenses. Additional experience includes participation in a Career Training Programme at Amplify Trading, where Deena earned a Level 5 Diploma in Trading & Financial Markets Analysis, and accounting roles at DEKRA Organisational Reliability, Bibby Offshore, PD&MS Group, and Oilfield Material Management Ltd. Deena holds a Cash Management Fundamentals certification from the Association of Corporate Treasurers and an advanced diploma in Trading & Financial Markets Analysis from LIBF.
