Michael Lynch is a seasoned software engineer and operations leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Head of ETS Operations USA at LMAX Group since March 2020, Michael previously held the positions of C++ and Java Software Developer within the same organization. Prior to LMAX Group, Michael worked at Ocado Technology from September 2018 to February 2020 as a Software Engineer (SE2) and Software Engineer (SE1), focusing on developing a parallel discrete event framework for various teams. Michael holds a Master’s Degree in Advanced Computer Science from the University of St Andrews and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Leicester.
