Shen Chen

Shen Chen is a Machine Vision Engineer currently developing an automatic metrology inspection system at ESI. They possess a solid understanding and hands-on experience in mechanical design and manufacturing, along with strong skill sets in 3D CAD modeling, GD&T design, image and laser data processing, optical system design, and statistical data analysis. Shen has previously acted as a Senior Application Engineer at Electro Scientific Industries, Inc. and held a Research Assistant position at the Beijing Institute of Technology. They earned a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
