Ted Ritter

Ted Ritter, IFMA Fellow, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and technology within the commercial built environment. As Principal at LMI360 since January 2010, Ted leads a firm dedicated to supporting commercial service providers. Ted co-chairs the IT Community of IFMA globally and founded DrawAlert, a leading Construction Administration Software, to enhance transparency and professionalism in construction projects. Previous roles include Managing Partner at verdecom, President of the IFMA Information Technology Council, and Immediate Past President of IFMA Phoenix. Ted holds a BFA in Architecture from Arizona State University, earned between 1976 and 1981.
