Michael Neff has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Michael started their career as an Engineering Manager at CBT Companies in 1996. In 1999, they joined eServ LLC as a Junior Partner and VP of Engineering, where they played a crucial role in establishing and leading the development of the company's engineering department structure and policies.

Following this, Michael worked at Perot Systems as a Client Executive from 2006 to 2009. During this time, they managed client relationships and was responsible for quality planning and hiring. In 2009, they joined Dell as a Client Executive, spearheading services relationships for a $10M client base and leading multiple engineering teams. Despite overall spending reductions, they achieved significant business growth of over 20% year over year in critical accounts.

Since 2015, Michael Neff has been working at LMT Defense as the Vice President of Engineering. In this role, they have successfully executed contracts to deliver advanced weapon systems to defense forces in New Zealand and Estonia. Michael has implemented agile product development methods, improved design technologies, and developed a balanced team to better respond to changing end-user needs.
