Ashok Tope has extensive experience in the tooling and engineering sectors, beginning as a Tool Room Engineer at GKN Powder Metallurgy from October 2001 to September 2002. Following that, Ashok held various significant positions, including Section Manager at John Deere from August 2007 to April 2011 and Application Engineering Manager at Kennametal from May 2011 to March 2019. Ashok served as Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Endurance Technologies Ltd. from March 2003 to July 2007 and later became Business Head for Advanced Tooling at LMT Tools India from April 2019 to March 2023. Currently, Ashok holds dual roles as Assistant General Manager and COC Head for Advanced Tools at LMT Tools, alongside the position of Deputy General Manager in Sales and Advanced Engineering, effective from April 2023.
