David Dishy currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of LMXD, a subsidiary of L+M Development Partners, specializing in mixed-income and mixed-use development throughout the greater New York region and the East Coast, with an emphasis on community, sustainability, and cultural engagement. Prior to this role, David held various senior positions in the real estate development sector, including President of L+M Development Partners Inc., Managing Director at Tishman Speyer, and Senior Vice President at Forest City Ratner Companies. David's career also includes serving as Principal at HR&A Advisors and Senior Project Manager at NYC Economic Development. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban American Studies from Harvard University and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation.
