Jake Pine is a seasoned professional in the development sector with extensive experience in managing projects and teams. Since December 2021, Jake has served as Managing Director at LMXD, after progressing from the role of Senior Director. Prior to this position, Jake held various roles at L+M Development Partners Inc. from February 2011 to December 2021, including Director, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Development Associate. Notable projects include ReFresh, a transformative initiative aimed at revitalizing the Broad Street commercial corridor in New Orleans and enhancing community health through the establishment of a Whole Foods Market and culinary programs. Jake began a career in the industry as Assistant Superintendent at L&M Builders from June 2010 to February 2011. Educationally, Jake holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Tampa's John H. Sykes College of Business, completed in 2010.
