Adham Azzam

Adham Azzam has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Adham co-founded and currently serves as the CEO of Balad, a company they started in 2022. Prior to Balad, Adham co-founded Lnddo in 2019, where they held the position of COO until February 2022. Adham also served as the CEO of EgySolar from 2018 to 2019. Adham gained experience in the finance sector as a Senior Investment Officer at the IFC - International Finance Corporation from 2016 to 2018. In the early stages of their career, Adham held various roles at VINCI Concessions, including Managing Director, Operations & Maintenance Manager, and Project Manager. Adham also worked at Bouygues Construction as a Senior Site Engineer and Site Engineer. Adham's extensive experience demonstrates their leadership abilities and versatility across different industries.

Adham Azzam has a diverse education history spanning several institutions and fields of study. Adham began their educational journey at Deutsche Evangelische Oberschule Kairo (DEO) from 1985 to 1990. Following this, they attended Deutsche Schule Paris and obtained their Abitur from 1990 to 1994. Adham then pursued their interest in Civil Engineering and enrolled at Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Toulouse, where they earned a Diplôme d'Ingénieur (Master of Engineering) degree from 1994 to 1999. During this time, they also participated in an Erasmus Exchange Program at Hamburg University of Technology from 1998 to 1999. Later on, in 2011, Adham furthered their education by obtaining an Executive MBA from INSEAD, focusing on the business field. Finally, in 2017, they attended Harvard Kennedy School for an Executive Education program specifically in PPP - Public Private Partnerships.
