Inês Aydin is a sociologist with a Ph.D. who has focused on public policies, migration, minorities, and human rights. Over 15 years of research, they have explored the challenges societies face regarding the paradox between human rights principles and cultural diversity. Inês has gained experience in team coordination, project design, public event organization, and communication management. They have held positions at various institutions, including being a researcher at the Alto Comissariado para as Migrações and a technician at LNEG. Currently, Inês works as a senior technician in the Strategic Management Unit and is the coordinator of the Observatory of Gypsy Communities at AIMA I.P.
