Anna Hanisch

Anna Hanisch currently serves as Director of People Capability at Light & Wonder since May 2024. Previously, Anna worked as Senior Vice President, People at Sales Impact Academy, where the People function was built and led for a VC-backed EdTech start-up. Prior roles include Vice President, People at Knotel, where leadership spanned expansion markets across multiple countries, and Group People Director at TLC Marketing Worldwide, overseeing 14 international markets. Anna also held various positions at Ascential and Young & Rubicam Group, including Head of People and Culture for significant events, and began a career in Human Resources at Omnicom Media Group. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Management with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from the University of South Australia, complemented by foundational studies at Annesley College in Adelaide, Australia.
