Matteo Lora

Matteo Lora is an experienced professional in the chocolate industry, currently serving as the R&D product developer manager at Loacker since March 2021. Prior to this role, Matteo worked at Bodrato cioccolato srl as the quality manager from December 2018 to February 2021. From October 2016 to December 2018, Matteo held the position of vice responsible at Prunotto Mariangela SSA, focusing on commercial and management activities. Earlier experiences include positions at SOMA Chocolatemaker and La Flor Zurichocolatier, where Matteo contributed to research and development and pilot chocolate production. Matteo also completed internships at Mast Brothers Chocolate and Omnom Chocolate, gaining valuable insights into high-quality chocolate production and marketing. Matteo holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Technologies and Processes from the University of Gastronomic Sciences, obtained in 2016.
