Melanie Gschwenter

Melanie Gschwenter has extensive experience in human resources and talent development, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Development at Loacker since September 2017. Prior roles at Loacker include Head of HR Development & Central Services and Human Resources Development Manager. Prior to Loacker, Melanie held the position of Human Resources Manager at FRENER & REIFER GmbH and served as the Human Resources Development Manager at Fercam S.p.A. Notably, Melanie worked as a Consultant in Business Development and Talent Attraction at IDM Südtirol-Alto Adige and began her career as a Marketing Manager at Leitner Technologies. Educational qualifications include an MSc in HRM from the University of London, a University Certificate in Employer Branding from the Technical University of Munich, a BBA in Business and Marketing from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia, and an Erasmus program in Economics and Marketing from the University of Gothenburg.
