Irwin Shires

Irwin Shires, CDS, currently serves as the Director of Government Services at Load One, LLC, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this role, Shires was the Client Services Champion at Bluewire LLC from April 2022 to March 2025 and the Vice President of Education and Engagement at the Ohio Trucking Association from January 2020 to April 2022. Shires’ extensive experience in the logistics field includes nearly two decades as the Government Qualifications Coordinator at Panther Premium Logistics, where oversight involved the expansion and compliance of the Arms Ammunition and Explosives (AA&E) fleet as a cleared Department of Defense contractor. Education credentials consist of a Bachelor of Science in Education from Ashland University, earned between 1986 and 1988.
