Neil Stone has extensive experience in technical support and engineering, currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer at Loadbalancer.org since December 2017, where high-performance load balancers are developed using open source technology. In addition, Neil has been a Team Leader at Utility Warehouse since December 2009, managing utility services for over 500,000 UK customers.
