JeongHyun Bae

JeongHyun "Junction" Bae is an accomplished game designer and executive with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Currently serving as the Chief Creative Officer and CEO of LoadComplete since November 2009, Bae has overseen the development of the popular game Crusaders Quest, which boasts over 5 million downloads globally. In addition, Bae holds the position of CEO at PixelTribe since February 2024, and previously worked as a Technical Designer at Divide By Zero and Hidden Path Entertainment. Bae's design expertise includes contributions to an unannounced AAA RTS title and the UI design for Defense Grid - The Awakening. With a strong educational background, including a Master's degree in Entertainment Technology from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ajou University, Bae has cultivated a versatile skill set spanning design, programming, and leadership in various gaming roles.
