Annie To

Annie To has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Annie currently works at Loaded as a Talent Manager, a position they have held since June 2020. Prior to that, they worked at max-bone as a Customer Experience Manager from February 2019 to March 2020.

Before transitioning into talent and customer management roles, Annie worked in the technology sector. Annie served as the Director of Client Services at ProCo Web Solutions Inc. from June 2016 to June 2018. In this role, they played a key role in developing and implementing client onboarding processes, integrating client feedback into product updates, and leading demo and account acquisition activities for new clients.

Annie also gained research experience working at the John Wayne Cancer Institute as a Research Associate from July 2013 to July 2016. Additionally, they worked at Texas A&M University in various roles, including as a High Containment Laboratory Manager from September 2011 to April 2013, a Research Assistant from November 2010 to September 2011, and a Research Technician from December 2009 to October 2010. These positions involved conducting experiments, analyzing data, training and supervising personnel, and maintaining laboratory operations.
