Chris Hopper

Chris Hopper has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Loaded since 2023. In this position, they are responsible for establishing strategies, systems, and best practices across the organization, working closely with the leadership team to implement business operations and policies, and overseeing company operations and employee productivity.

Prior to this, Chris served as the COO at Pipeline from 2020 to 2022, where they played a crucial role in developing new products and leading operations for a community of livestreamers and content creators. Chris also managed various teams and back-office operations, expanded the company into new B2B relationships, hired team members, and secured significant funding.

Before their time at Pipeline, Chris worked at Riot Games from 2012 to 2019, where they held multiple roles, including Head of Esports - North America and Senior Manager - Esports. Chris was responsible for all aspects of professional play of League of Legends in North America, collaborated with partner owners, and helped grow the franchised league. Chris also played a vital role in building the Riot esports product and leading international initiatives.

Chris's earlier experiences include working as a Lead Associate at Novantas from 2010 to 2012 and as an Account Manager at OptimalResume.com from 2009 to 2010.

Chris Hopper received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy from Duke University, where they attended from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Commerce at the University of Virginia, which they obtained from 2009 to 2010.
