Kurtis Coombs

Kurtis Coombs is a seasoned professional in community engagement and game platform development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Game Platforms at Loaded since August 2025. In this role, Kurtis leads strategy, development, monetization, and community management for large-scale modded game servers, overseeing a team of over 30 developers and 150 community contributors. Prior experience includes being a Partnered Broadcaster at Twitch, and holding key positions such as Head of Engagement at Wargaming, where Kurtis managed a large team focused on community and influencer management. Additional roles in community management were held at Pipeline, Ghost Gaming, and TwitchRP, where Kurtis also served as Development Lead. Co-owning Team Rival as General Manager established a foundation in competitive gaming, complemented by earlier experience in account management in the business furniture sector and as a REALTOR®. Kurtis holds a degree from Memorial University, and completed secondary education at Mount Pearl Senior High.
