Paul Conroy

Paul Conroy has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Paul is currently the President of Ventures at Loaded, a prominent gaming management and advisory firm. In this role, they focus on upgrading and improving the video game industry while also establishing business ventures with gaming creators and advisory clients.

Previously, Paul served as a Board Member at Good Dye Young, a company specializing in hair dye products. Paul was also the Founder and Managing Director of Impact Real Life (IRL), a boutique firm that developed live event intellectual properties in lifestyle sports. During their time at IRL, they worked closely with Vans.

Before starting IRL, Paul worked as the Managing Director at Plus Foundry, a company that built community-driven startups in fields related to culture. Paul utilized their expertise in strategy, operations, marketing, business development, and team-building to support their partners.

Paul held the position of Chief Strategy and Revenue Officer at The Agency Group, Ltd, where they played a crucial role in shaping the careers of numerous musicians, speakers, and authors. Paul was responsible for driving the success of artists like The Black Keys, Muse, Paramore, and Nickelback.

Prior to that, Paul served as the CEO of Dyrdek Enterprises Inc., a company owned by Rob Dyrdek. Paul was also a Partner/Owner at Crush Sports, a business development and branding company, where they worked with world-class athletes and entrepreneurs.

Paul's experience in the music industry includes being a Partner/Owner at Good Fight Entertainment, a record label and music management company representing artists like August Burns Red and Between the Buried and Me. Paul was also a Partner/Owner at Ferret Music, a record label, music management, and tour production company specializing in heavy metal and hardcore genres.

Paul'scareer started at Entertainment Services Unlimited, where they worked as a Manager before exploring various entrepreneurial ventures.

Paul Conroy attended Abington High School from 1986 to 1988. Following high school, they enrolled at Villanova University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics.
