Sayani Sarkar is the People Practices Lead at Loadshare. Sayani has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and has worked with some of the leading companies in India.

Sayani started their career with CareerNet Technologies as a Practice Manager and Lead Consultant. Sayani then moved to CAREER CATALYSTS HRC PRIVATE LIMITED as a Client Servicing Manager and Sr Consultant.

In their current role, Sayani is responsible for leading the HR and People Practices team at Loadshare. Sayani has been instrumental in setting up the HR function at Loadshare and has played a key role in developing and implementing various HR policies and processes.

Under their leadership, the HR team at Loadshare has been able to create a strong culture of employee engagement and development.

Sayani Sarkar has a PGDM (HR) from the Institute For Technology and Management and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Serampore College.
