Sriram Rajendran

Sriram Rajendran is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in developing logistics SaaS platforms and enhancing customer engagement systems. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at LoadShare Networks since May 2022, Sriram leads the engineering team for the E-commerce Business Pod, overseeing significant system re-architecture to accommodate a tenfold increase in shipment volume. Prior to this, Sriram held various roles at Poshmark from August 2016 to May 2022, including Engineering Manager, where Sriram transformed the internal customer engagement platform and expanded the Growth Engineering team’s capabilities. Sriram began a career in engineering with positions at Wipro Technologies and internships in research and robotics, following a Bachelor of Technology in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
