Matthew Awad

Matthew Awad has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Matthew started their career as a Summer IT Intern at Royce Investment Partners in 2008, where they completed various projects and assignments. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as an Associate at World Financial Group, where they were a licensed independent insurance broker and offered financial solutions to families and individuals. In 2013, they also served as an Intern at Mountaineer Boys and Girls Club, where they supervised children and assisted with daycare for low-income families. Additionally, they have held positions such as Client Service Representative at Quest Diagnostics, Account Manager at Suttle and King, and Operations Coordinator at STC Logistics. Since 2017, Matthew has been employed at Loadsmart, where they have held various roles such as Carrier Sales Representative, National Carrier Representative, and currently, Strategic Carrier Lead. In their current role, they lead a team of 3 and is responsible for operational support, pricing, and coverage for both enterprise and SMB customers.

From 2009 to 2013, Matthew Awad attended West Virginia University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology.
