Currently serving as Vice-President and Global Head of Recommendations and AI Search at Loadstone Global, Serge focuses on scaling AI-powered personalization and search solutions. As Co-founder and CEO of HumaticAI, the emphasis is on empowering enterprises through AI-powered digital business partners. Previously, in various roles including Head of Sales at MTS Group, Deputy Chief Sales Officer at T1 Group, and Key Account Director at Oracle, Serge has consistently driven significant revenue growth and enhanced commercialization strategies. Serge holds a Master's degree in Control Systems and Computer Science from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and the Moscow Aviation Institute.
