Elaine Lee is an accomplished claims leader with extensive experience in marine insurance, transportation, and logistics. Previously, they served as an Ocean Marine Complex Claims Adjuster at AIG from 2006 to 2023, where they built a reputation for successful claims management and negotiation. Currently, Elaine is the Head of Claims for North America at HIBRiD and is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Pace University’s Lubin School of Business.
