Donatas Kairys

Donatas Kairys has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Donatas started their career as a Web Programmer/Partner at Loadsys Solutions in January 2004 and eventually became the President of the company in August 2016. At Loadsys Solutions, Donatas provided IT consulting services and formed long-term strategic relationships with clients to deliver personalized solutions. Donatas also co-founded Smart Field CMMS in December 2017, a scalable CMMS software that caters to companies worldwide in industries like Energy, Government, Manufacturing, Construction, Logistics, or Hospitality. Donatas played a crucial role in the company until its acquisition in December 2021. In 2009, they worked as a Consultant at Engage, LLC, and had additional Consultant roles at the same company until 2013. From September 2002 to January 2004, Donatas served as an IT Manager/Project Manager at HBS Labs. Currently, they are a Consultant at Inteligent Automation, which specializes in automation through digital transformation services, enabling businesses to automate manual and semi-manual processes while collecting and transforming data into actionable insights. Donatas also recently joined the Rotary Club of Chicago Lithuanians as a member in October 2021.

Donatas Kairys attended DeVry University from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a BS degree in Computer Information Systems.
