Urs Meier

Urs Meier has been working in the legal field since 2007. Urs started as a Junior Associate at Lenz & Staehelin, then worked as a Junior Law Clerk at the District Court Zurich from 2008 to 2011. Urs then worked as a Visiting Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law from 2013 to 2014. Urs then moved to Homburger, where they worked as an Associate from 2014 to 2020. Urs is currently working as General Counsel at Loanboox.

Urs Meier completed a Bachelor of Arts in Law at the University of St.Gallen from 2001 to 2005. Urs then went on to earn a Master of Law at the Universit\u00e9 de Fribourg - Universit\u00e4t Freiburg from 2005 to 2007. In 2009 and 2010, they obtained their Attorney-at-law / Rechtsanwalt certification from the Canton of Zurich / Kanton Z\u00fcrich. From 2013 to 2014, Urs Meier attended the University of Michigan and earned an LL.M. Finally, they completed their Ph.D. / Dr. iur. in Law at the University of Zurich from 2011 to 2015.
