Greg Smith

Greg Smith has extensive legal experience, having held various key positions across multiple organizations. After beginning as a Judicial Extern for United States Magistrate Judge Jonathan Lebedoff and a Summer Associate at Richards, Layton & Finger, Greg Smith worked at O'Melveny & Myers LLP as an Associate from June 2002 to June 2008. Following this, Greg Smith served as Associate General Counsel at Eclipsys Corporation until October 2010. From October 2010 to June 2022, Greg Smith was Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Secretary at First American. Most recently, Greg Smith held the role of Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Luther Burbank Corporation from June 2022 to April 2024, overseeing comprehensive legal affairs before transitioning to the position of SVP, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at loanDepot in May 2024.
