Arjun Kumar Thapa

Arjun Kumar Thapa started their work experience in 2008 as a Supervisor at Elevates, where they were responsible for promoting new products and supervising a team of promoters. In 2009, they joined WNS Global Services SA as an Associate, processing various transactions and utilizing their mathematical, logical, and analytical skills. From 2012 to 2013, Arjun worked as an Operation Executive at BNY Mellon, where they managed IT security access and password changes. In 2014, they completed a Summer Internship at ICICI Securities Ltd, driving marketing activities and generating footfalls for financial learning courses. Arjun then joined HDFC Bank in 2015 as a Deputy Manager, underwriting unsecured loans and maintaining low error rates and delinquency. Currently, they are working at LoanTap Financial Technologies as a Credit Risk Manager and recently appointed as Chief Manager - Credit and Operations.

From 2013 to 2015, Arjun Kumar Thapa attended IBS Business School Pune and pursued a Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) with a focus on Marketing.
