Currently serving as Senior Manager of USPS Programs at Lob, Lori previously held the position of Head of Postal Innovation and Customer Experience at Innovative Data. In addition to this role, Lori is the Executive Director of the Association for Data and Print Technologies (ADAPT) and actively contributes to various industry groups, including the Mailers’ Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC) and the National Association of Presort Mailers (NAPM).
