Simon McDowell

Simon McDowell has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Simon is currently the Executive Creative Producer and Founder of Lobster, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to that, they were the Senior Creative Producer and Founder at Lobster from February 2017 to June 2021.

In 2017, Simon briefly worked as a Producer at 3angrymen Productions Ltd.

From 2011 to 2016, they worked at River Film, first as a Creative Producer from June 2012 to December 2016, and later as the Head of Marketing from July 2011 to June 2013. Simon also had a short stint in Marketing at N.E.P. from March 2011 to July 2011.

Simon's earlier work experience includes roles such as Brand Ambassador at Activ8 Media and Promotions from December 2010 to February 2011, Underwater Camera Operator / Photographer at InDepth Video & Photography from August 2010 to November 2010, Digital Designer at Cairns Beach House from August 2010 to November 2010, and Client Service Consultant at Macquarie Group from February 2010 to July 2010.

In 2009, they worked as an Underwater Videographer at Oceans Below, and from 2008 to 2009, they were a Project and Marketing Executive at Orient Script Worldwide (OSW).

Simon McDowell attended the University of Leeds from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a BA in New Media.
