Thomas Heavey

Thomas started as one of the door and lock specialists and has been a solid addition to the team. His natural abilities and leadership skills have been a boon to the growing company and has allowed him to transition into a Training Role. He is always ready and willing to go the extra mile for the customers and has been a problem solver in the field helping other teammates. As the Training Director, he is responsible for ensuring the team is equipped with knowledge and real world experience so he can exceed industry standards and the customers expectations. Thomas received the #alwaysimproving award in 2018 voted on by his peers and continues to improve and exceed daily!
