Felix Ramirez

Felix Ramirez is an experienced operating engineer with a diverse background in building maintenance and facility management. Currently serving as an Operating Engineer at IUOE Local 94 since May 2018, Felix previously worked as a Building Engineer at The Langham in New York from August 2017 to April 2018, and as an HVAC Mechanic at Presbyterian Hospital from January 2017 to September 2017. With over fourteen years of experience as NIKE Facilities Manager from September 2001 to January 2016, Felix skillfully managed the building maintenance of a substantial 80,000 square foot retail space generating $80 million in revenue. Felix holds a NYC Refrigeration Machine Operator License from Turner School, completed in 2015.
