Michael Stalbaum

Co-Founder | Chief Culinary Officer at Local Crate

Michael Stalbaum has worked in the food industry since 2003. Michael began their career at Whole Foods Market in an ATL in Training role. In 2008, they joined Chairmans Foods LLC. as a Corporate Chef of R&D. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Schwans as both a Food Scientist and Corporate Chef, where they focused on product development and marketing support. Most recently, they have been the Co-Founder and Chief Culinary Officer at Local Crate since 2015, where they have been creating fresh and delicious meals to nourish hunger relief efforts in the community.

Michael Stalbaum attended Johnson & Wales University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Nutrition.
