Arevik Davtyan currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Local Express, a position held since 2020. With prior experience as Chief People Officer at the IDeA Foundation Armenia and Globbing LLC, Arevik has a strong background in human resources leadership. Additionally, they have been a lecturer at both Armenian State University of Economics and the Russian-Armenian University Business School since 2019 and 2017, respectively. Arevik's earlier career includes over a decade at Ardshinbank CJSC as Head of Staff Recruitment and Development Unit. They completed an Executive MBA at the Graduate School of Corporate Management of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration between 2010 and 2012.
