Steven Williams is currently the Operations Manager at Local Hero, where they leverage their extensive experience in operations and data analysis to enhance efficiency. They previously served in various roles, including Ad Operations Manager and Marketing Campaign Manager at airSales, and Implementation Manager at NKP Medical Marketing, Inc., where their efforts led to significant improvements in client metrics. Steven began their career in business development and ad operations at TSN Advertising, successfully managing campaigns for major clients. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies at the University of California, Los Angeles.
