Ruby Frankland

Ruby Frankland is the Strategic Partnerships Manager for the Policy team at Local Trust, where they manage key relationships to enhance the legacy of the Big Local programme. With a diverse background in philanthropy, social investment, and systems change, Ruby previously served as the Connect Fund Manager at Barrow Cadbury Trust. Ruby has also held roles such as Programme Communications Specialist at Unusual Pioneers and Global Brand & Communications Manager at Yunus Social Business. Currently, Ruby is pursuing an MPA in Innovation, Public Policy, and Public Value at UCL while also participating in a summer placement at Zhejiang University.
