Programme Management Team

The Programme Management Team at Local Trust oversees the delivery and coordination of the Big Local initiative, ensuring effective distribution and utilization of long-term funding to 150 local communities. They manage project development, funding allocations, and partnerships, such as the Creative Civic Change arts programme, while facilitating research efforts like The Future for Communities. Their goal is to empower residents to make impactful decisions and transformations in their neighborhoods.
