Melissa Bustos

Melissa Bustos is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in customer success and digital account management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Locala since June 2019, Melissa leads initiatives that connect brands to consumers through innovative advertising technology. Prior to this role, Melissa held various positions at Oi2 Media Response, including Client Development Director and Digital Account Manager, where key responsibilities included managing LATAM and USH accounts and enhancing client relationships. Throughout a career that began with internships and progressed through roles in programmatic media management and digital sales planning, Melissa has demonstrated a strong ability to drive revenue growth, optimize campaign performance, and forge strategic partnerships. Melissa holds a degree in Marketing from Florida International University.
