Daniela Santangelo serves as the Director of Community at StartupAZ, working to enhance Arizona's startup ecosystem. As the Founder and CEO of Freeway, Daniela drives innovation and startup success through education and connections. Daniela also acts as an Ambassador for the Founder Mental Health Pledge, advocating for mental health awareness in the startup community. With a role as Lead Mentor at Techstars and Advisor positions at LocalBuzz and OneSeven Tech, Daniela supports various entrepreneurial initiatives. Daniela is also a Startup Consultant & Alignment Coach at Daniela Nicole LLC, providing targeted coaching for startup leaders. Additionally, Daniela is a Guild Member at NFX and has contributed as a Venture Ecosystem Consultant at Arizona State University. With a strong educational background, including a PhD in Psychology from Capella University, Daniela combines strategic insights and mindfulness in fostering growth and resilience among entrepreneurs.
