Thomas Duffy

Thomas Duffy has a diverse work experience in the advertising and media industry. Thomas started their career in 1995 by founding their own ad agency, Ad Pros Advertising, specializing in retail and service businesses. Thomas wrote marketing plans for clients and created broadcast advertising, as well as managed media placement.

In 1996, they joined Magic, Inc. as an Account Supervisor and Director of Account Services. Thomas developed new business for the company and provided daily account service for major clients. Thomas also directly supervised key agency clients such as SunCruz Casinos and Attorney Robert L. Schack.

From 1999 to 2002, Thomas served as the Marketing and Events Manager at WRMF, where they developed multiple revenue-generating projects for a 5-station radio group. Thomas managed sales, marketing, and media requirements for various events, negotiating contracts with outside venues and vendors.

Thomas then worked as the Director of Account Services at Marketing Magic, Inc. from 2003 to 2007. Thomas managed a team of account executives, ensuring client service and revenue goals were met. Thomas also handled critical clients for the ad agency.

From 2004 to 2006, Thomas took on the role of Special Projects Manager at WYKS Radio, focusing on new business development and recovering dormant advertising accounts. Thomas managed local, regional, and national advertising accounts and created advertising campaigns and promotions.

In 2007, Thomas worked as an Account Executive at WCJB-TV 20 Gainesville, FL. Thomas handled new business development and account list management for the ABC-TV affiliate. Thomas also wrote and produced multiple TV commercials for various clients.

Most recently, Thomas has been working as a Digital Media Consultant at LocalEdge since 2012.

Thomas Duffy attended Broward College from 1979 to 1980, where they studied advertising. Thomas then pursued Announcer Training Studios in NYC, where they obtained an FCC License in radio broadcasting, copywriting, and news editing. Additionally, they attended Suffolk County Community College at an unknown time, although the degree name and field of study are unspecified.
