Jeff Beard

Jeff Beard has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Jeff began their career at Acxiom in 1987, where they worked in sales and sales management for thirteen years. In 2000, they moved on to TARGUS Information Corporation as the VP of Business Development for a year. From 2001 to 2004, they founded and served as the President of Amacai Information Corporation. In 2004, they founded Localeze, a company that created a content clearinghouse for local merchants. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Neustar Localeze, a role they have held since 2011.

Jeff Beard completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Eastern Illinois University, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Jeff then pursued further education at the University of Central Arkansas, earning an MBA degree in Business from 1985 to 1987.
