Nourhan Shaaban

Nourhan Shaaban has a diverse work experience in the fields of product management, consulting, and education. Nourhan is currently working at Noom Inc. as a Product Management, Growth professional. Prior to this, Nourhan co-founded Cusp Impact, where they provided product consulting services to mission-driven organizations and startups. Nourhan also served as a Product Management Mentor at Localized, assisting recent graduates in navigating their careers in product management. Notably, Nourhan worked at Udacity, where they held the positions of Senior Product Manager - Enterprise & Government and Product Manager - Emerging Markets. Nourhan contributed to building an online education platform and worked with a global team. Nourhan's experience also includes working as a Product Manager at Delivery Associates, where they managed a rapid city-level COVID response project in collaboration with various organizations. Nourhan had a teaching assistant role at Harvard University and conducted research on digital health startup challenges and opportunities in Vietnam as a Graduate Student Researcher at the Legatum Center for Development and Entrepreneurship at MIT. Nourhan also worked at Smart Medical Services as a Product Manager intern and at Google as an Operations Associate. Finally, they held the Rockefeller Fellowship at Harvard University.

Nourhan Shaaban's education history begins in 2011 when they enrolled at Harvard University. Nourhan pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Experimental Psychology and graduated cum laude in 2015. During their time at Harvard, they focused on the field of Social Psychology. In 2013, Nourhan participated in a summer study abroad program at Aix-Marseille University.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Nourhan returned to Harvard to further their education. From 2018 to 2020, they attended Harvard Kennedy School, where they obtained a Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree with a specialization in Business & Government.

In addition to their academic degrees, Nourhan has also obtained several certifications. Nourhan completed a Product Strategy certification from Reforge in April 2023 and a Growth Series certification from the same institution in September 2022. Furthermore, they obtained a Management, Leadership & Decision Sciences Certificate from Harvard University in May 2020.
