Jesper Holmberg

Jesper Holmberg has an extensive work experience spanning from 1997 to the present. In 1997, they began working at Wasa Kredit AB in various roles, including Regional Head Wasa Kredit, Head of Windpower financing Länsförsäkringar, Regional Head Wasa Kredit, Area manager large equipment finance, Head of office and Head of sales fleetleasing, and Key Account Manager - Sales and Credit analyst. In 2008, they became a Senior Advisor, Co Founder, CEO, Senior Partner, Co Founder, and Head of Business Development, Senior Partner, Co Founder at Systematic Capital Nordic AB. In 2014, they took on roles at Zurich Institute of Business Education, CEIBS Campus Zurich as a Nordic Ambassador, at Spintop Ventures as an Advisor, and at Holmberg Invest AB as Founder. In 2015, they became ALMI Invest Chairman network at Almi Företagspartner. In 2017, they founded Modern Car Group AB and served as its CEO, responsible for project development in car financing, car distribution, and car information, as well as operating Autodeal.se and Tjanstebilen. In 2022, they became Chairman of the Board at https://www.linkedin.com/showcase/gridlydb/ and 2nd Lieutenant, Task force, Home Guard at the Swedish Armed Forces.

Jesper Holmberg completed their MBA in International Finance from Lund University between 1993 and 1996. Jesper then received a Diploma in Marketing from the University of Lund and Chamber of Commerce of Southern Sweden in 1992-1993. In 1986-1990, they earned an Engineer degree in Mechanics from Tychobrahe Skolan in Helsingborg. Jesper also obtained a Diploma in Credit Risk Management from UC Business School in 2002-2003 and a Management Course in Situational Leadership II from The Ken Blanchard Companies in 2002-2003. In 2006, they earned a Diploma in Venture Management from SVCA (Swedish private equity & venture capital association) and a Diploma in Economic and Risk Analysis of Petroleum and Energy Projects from Energy Institute UK. In 2008, they completed a Swedsec in Investment & Compliance. Lastly, they are currently enrolled in a Lorange Certificate in Talentet Management in Business Administration and Management, General from the Zurich Institute of Business Education, CEIBS Campus Zurich since 2015.
